25th Dunbar Manure Sale - Information to families

Hello Cub Families.

It's time for the Dunbar Scouts annual manure sale. This Friday, March

1st, 6pm - 9pm and Saturday, March 2nd, 8am - 4pm.

This is our #1 fundraising event of the year and enables us to

purchase good quality tents, cooking gear, gym equipment and

subsidizes operating cost of our camps. All beavers, cubs and scouts

plus one parent are asked to volunteer at least two hours for this

very short and successful fundraiser.

We will be working at St Helens Anglican church at 4405 West 8th

Avenue (Trimble & 8th). Friday night will be primarily shovelling and

starting to make deliveries. We will finish deliveries

on Saturday and clean up that afternoon. We need drivers with vehicles

that can carry lots of bags of manure.

Please contact me and advise what day and time you are able to

participate, and if you have a vehicle to assist.

In addition, your Cub was recently sent home with manure sale forms.

Please make sure that these have been distributed.
