Kub Kar Rally Night!

Hi Parents and Cubs,This is a reminder of our Kub Kar rally tomorrow night, Tuesday, February 18 at 6:45 p.m. Dunbar Heights United Church.Cubs and their families are invited to attend and watch the races. The design contest will be decided by vote and all attending may vote.We will start at 6:45 p.m. sharp with registration for all Kub Kars.Be ready to indicate wether your car will be part of the time trials and/or the design competition. Cars may be entered in both howevercars in the time trials must be within the size and weight restrictions.All cars should be fully assembled and ready to race. Please apply any dry lubricants (oil is not permitted) before registration.Cars racing should be at or just below the 142 gram/5 ounce weight limit. Cars above the limit will have to remove weight in order torace. We will have a table with weights that may be attached to light cars however adjustments made at home will speed the registrationprocess up.
Our time restraints permit only one car per Cub at our rally.
Those who cannot join us tonight with their Kub Kars may participate
in the Area Kub Kar Rally:
Pacific Spirit Area Kub Kar rally
Sun, March 10, 12pm – 4pm
St. George’s Junior School Gym, 3851 29th Ave West, Vancouver
Registration @ 12:00pm
All Cubs from 25th Dunbar may enter their Kub Kars in this event if they wish.
We expect that a number of our Cubs will participate. It is not necessary to qualify in order to race at the Pacific Spirit Area
rally.
